SWISS GRD PILOT


The GRD (Gruppe für Rüstungsdienste / Armament Services Group) mannequin is equipped with:
​
- Cotton orange flight suit made by manufacturer "Lutteurs" as per GRD requirement
​
- Yellow non-modified Gueneau 316 flight helmet
​
- Test pilot "X" name badge, captain "Hauptmann" rank badge "Gradabzeichen"
- Suede "löchli" (small hole) gloves
- CSU-3/P anti-G garment
- Pilotenschuhe 63


Each 'GRD test pilot' had his helmet painted with a distictive colour:
- Brunner / green
- Häfliger / red
- Spychiger / orange
- Brennwald / yellow
